Self-service enrollment
Users register their own second factors, and replace a lost one, without the help desk standing in the middle of it.
Directory-backed
Identities and group membership come from LDAP, so enrollment policy follows the structure you have already defined.
Administrative oversight
Administrators can see who is enrolled, who is not, and act on the accounts that still need a factor.
